Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Pickup or Processing:
• Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made before the order has been processed for delivery.
• Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be accepted.
2. How to Cancel an Order:

3. Cancellation Confirmation:
• Upon successful cancellation, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing Time:
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
2. Mode of Refund:
• Refunds will be credited via UPI/Bank Transfer/Digital Wallet.
  
• Customers who made payments using international credit/debit cards or PayPal must provide an Indian bank account for refunds.
  
• For refunds to non-Indian bank accounts, any transaction or currency conversion fees will be borne by the customer.
  
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
• Orders cannot be refunded once shipped or if the cancellation request is made after the processing stage.
