What is the German Silver?
German Silver is an alloy of copper, zinc and nickel, sometimes also containing lead and tin. It was originally named for its silver-white colour. German silver is extensively used because of its hardness, toughness, and resistance to corrosion for articles such as tableware (commonly silver plated), marine fittings, and plumbing fixtures.

How to track my order?
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you should have received.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depend on distance. We process your order and deliver as soon as possible. Hopefully not more than 7 days in the case of domestic delivery.

What is your Return Policy?
Only when the product is damaged/defective. Customers can opt either for an exchange or credit note.

Refund for cancelled order?
NO REFUND. Only exchange or credit notes.
